It started from a challenge with my coach, who had me doing this regularly for 2 months. I resisted, didn’t want to be in front of a camera, and I had homework assignments each week on what type of video to do. I would shoot the video right before I went to bed with oil on my face, sleepy eyes, you name it… bottom line is that I did not want to do the video homework!
However, now after practicing, I took on the challenge of really putting them out there. There’s something about a challenge for me
