This is a 15 minute meditatIon I was guided to do for myself so I wanted to share with you all because I'm loving it! Hoʻoponopono Prayers are very powerful, many people use it for apologizing and asking forgiveness without the other individual being in front of them. Some bless a new home, office, even chairs prior to sitting in them with the Hoʻoponopono prayer. We often ignore our body and even forget about our beautiful vessel, unfortunately, taking it for granted. This will support healing from ailments. I state the following prayer in cycles of 4 (state the following 4x). "I'm sorry, please forgive me. Thank you for being in my life so that I may love you". I've heard of people stating the prayer even 40+ times in a row to fully resolve the tension. When we take responsibility for the healing and forgiveness with another, we are opening ourselves up to the newness that is in alignment with us. I recommend listening to this daily 4x in a row... possibly when you wake up or right before going to sleep.
